Our recently renamed company is the KPR Retail Group (Pty)(Ltd), formerly known as Euro Snacks C.C, which is comprised of three shareholders Peter Versfeld, Keith Versfeld and Robin Petterson, a local attorney and extensive property owner. Robin and Peter are the sole directors.

Peter is an accountant and after serving his articles at Price Waterhouse Coopers he practiced as Financial Director at two internationally owned companies in Johannesburg for 20 years. Keith is employed as a Marketing Manager at Coca-Cola and is based in Johannesburg. Robin, who has a Masters Degree in Law, owns one of the most established law practices on the South Coast. He is a 3^rd generation South Coast resident and is extremely well known and respected in the area.

 A multi-million Rand extension and upgrade to their Spar was completed this year and subsequently re-launched on the 21^st September 2013. Prior to this, Keith and Peter bought Ramsgate Spar in 2007 and in 2008 purchased the adjoining liquor store which was converted to Tops@Spar. During this past year they also purchased the pharmacy in the centre and upgraded it to Pharmacy@Spar.
